April 30, 2018 AASR Quarterly Meeting The quarterly meeting of the Des Moines Scottish Rite bodies will be held on May 2nd and our Master of Kadosh, Gregory R. Spooner invites all Scottish Rite Masons to attend. The primary topic of business will be the upcoming  events for May and June as well as updates on our building renovations.  All Scottish Rite Masons are invited. The meeting will be held at 6:15 pm with a social and build your own hamburger dinner to follow.  Dress for the meeting is coat, tie, and Scottish Rite cap.

Knighting of new members of the Knights of St Andrew Wednesday, May 9, 2018 6:45 pm - Knighting 7:15 pm - Dinner and Libations This event is open to KSA members, candidates for the KSA, and Honor men of the Des Moines Valley.  Dress is coat, tie, and AASR cap.

Scottish Rite Express Valley of Des Moines ---------------------------------- Orient of Iowa April 13, 2018 Scottish Rite Summer Reunion The 2018 Summer Reunion will honor Inspector General Honorary, Henry Albert "Al" Dunlap, 33°.   This reunion will be a One Day event on Saturday, June 30th and will feature the 4th, 5th, 14th, 18th, 25th, 30th, & 32nd degrees.  This shortened reunion format will allow a Master Mason to complete his journey through the Scottish Rite in just one day, yet still receive many of the great lessons and lectures of our degrees.  The cost to join Scottish Rite is $335 ($285 if less than 31 years of age).  Candidates will receive all meals, a copy of the book "A Bridge to Light", the 14th Degree Pyramid, a 32nd degree pin, Patent of Membership, Class picture, and 2 tickets to 2018 Double Eagle Gala on Saturday, November 3rd.
