Join us for the 2015 Symbolic Lodge Breakfast and University of Freemasonry
This is the 15th annual breakfast hosted by the Des Moines Scottish Rite. It is an opportunity to meet members from the various lodges in Central Iowa, enjoy a great breakfast, and learn more about Freemasonry.
The breakfast is free to all Masons with a reservation. It will begin at 8:00 am on Saturday, January 17 at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center (519 Park Street). Please reserve by January 14th by calling 515-288-8927 or via email email@example.com
At our annual Symbolic Lodge Breakfast, Ron Lindhart, 33° will present a program on the William Morgan Affair. The disappearance of Morgan had far-reaching effects, in the Northeast most lodges and many Grand Lodges ceased operations, the anti-Masonic political party was born, and our lodges changed forever.
Following the breakfast will be the University of Freemasonry program and then our Annual Cribbage Tournament at 9:30 am. Anyone can play in the cribbage tournament.
