2016 FALL SOIREE
The Friends of the Des Moines Consistory have made it their mission and passion to ensure the renovation and preservation of one of the true architectural master pieces of Des Moines, our Consistory Building.
On Thursday, September 29th, we would like to update you on the projects undertaken in 2016 and invite you to celebrate these successes. Great progress has been made because of you and we would solicit your support and input on our plans for the upcoming year.
If you have visited our Consistory building recently you have seen and felt the results of your efforts.
THANK YOU!!! We hope you are as proud of these results as we are.
This edition of the Friends of the Des Moines Consistory will include a social hour with hor d'ouevres, catered dinner, music and program revealing of our renovation plans.

The Fall Reunion is coming up!
October 15th, 29th,
and November 12th.
We call our degree conferrals "Reunions" because the brethren come together to share the special lessons of the Scottish Rite degrees with a new class of candidates. As we meet to witness and perform these degrees, the teachings of the Scottish Rite are exemplified to our new brothers and reinforced in us anew.
 It will be 3 full Saturdays and will feature all 29 of the Scottish Rite degrees.
We hope you will show your enthusiasm for Masonry by joining the Scottish Rite this fall. The degrees are ancient but the lessons of the degrees are as meaningful and important today as they have always been.
