Scottish Rite Express - Special Edition

Today is the day of our 2010 Fall Scottish Rite Reunion in honor of Glen W. Lamb, 32° KCCH and Eugene L. Smith, 32° KCCH. It all starts with dinner at 5 pm in Tapestry Lounge. Dinner is grilled Iowa chops, baked potato, vegetable, salad, and dessert for $10.

At 6pm we will receive the members of the class. We have 21 candidates for the degree work. Please welcome them to Scottish Rite by coming to the

opening tonight at 6 pm. In addition to receiving the new class, we will have some very special guests in attendance. We will be pleased to welcome and introduce the Most Eminent Grand Master, William H. Koon II, the Grand Master of the Grand Encampment of the United States. He and his officers will be joining us for the receiving of the class. It is a great testament to Masonic Unity. Special thanks to David M. Dryer, 33° and Bryce B. Hildreth, 33° for helping to coordinate their visit.

Following the reception of the class, we will commence with the degree work. The 4th degree, the Secret Master, will lead off the reunion. The 4th degree team is one of our best with Michael J. Miller, 32° presiding. We will also present the 5th Degree, Perfect Master; 6th Degree, Confidential Secretary; and 7th Degree, Provost and Judge as part of tonight's degree work. The full reunion schedule is attached.

We can always use extra hands to help the various committees, plus it nice to have a full house when we are greeting new members. See you tonight!
