Details for Fall Reunion and Double Eagle Gala
The 2017 Fall Reunion in honor of James A. Spoerl, 33° kicks off tonight.
We begin with dinner catered by Famous Dave's BBQ. Pulled pork, Hot Sausage, Mashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, Famous Apples are on the menu for $10. Dinner will be in the Tapestry room on 2nd floor beginning at 5:00 pm. Cost is $10 per person.
The officers and members will receive the members of the James A. Spoerl, 33° class in the auditorium at 6:00 pm and proceed directly into the 4th Degree, Secret Master. This degree begins the Lodge of Perfection degrees and expands on the drama of the 3rd Degree. We will confer the 4th to 8th Degrees tonight and the 9th to 18th tomorrow.
Lunch tomorrow is a ribeye steak sandwich grilled up by the Kitchen Krew. We will have snacks and libations following the 18th Degree on Saturday.
New to our calendar this fall is a Thursday night reunion component. On October 26th we will have the 19th to 22nd Degrees followed by pizza and Nut Brown Ale.
We finish our fall reunion with the 23rd to 27th Degrees on Friday, November 10th and the 28th to 32nd Degrees on November 11th.
Following the degree work will be our celebration of Scottish Rite Freemasonry, the Double Eagle Gala. Social hour begins at 5:30 pm, dinner at 6:30 pm and dance to follow.
We will welcome our new Masters of the Royal Secret and their ladies as well as honor our 50 year members.
Baratta's is catering with a choice of Beef Tenderloin or Salmon as the entrée. Cost is $45 per person with payment and reservations prior to November 3rd.
Our band for the Double Eagle Gala is "Beaver Creek Jazz". It is a great band that is always popular with a wide range of songs and styles.
